    Description:
    The successful candidate will manage the Company’s business within a specific geographical area predominantly via our distribution network. This is achieved through planning, organizing and coordinating of marketing, engineering, quality, customer service and planning efforts.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

    EDUCATION: Flexible. Engineering background is preferred but not mandatory

    EXPERIENCE:
    Experience and track record of success in a Sales environment
    Experience working with a large distributors & OEM customers
    Component sales experience in the region
    Knowledge of magnetics and/or connectors is a bonus

    KNOWLEDGE:
    Language: French and English fluent (written and oral)
    A further language is a bonus

    SKILLS:
    Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
    Self-motivated, focused on reaching goals
    Must have an ability to operate without constant supervision
    (working in home office)

    TRAVEL: Must be available to travel up to 60% of time.

    LOCATION: Focus area is France, Spain and Italy, but may also include eastern EU countries.

    INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

    INTERNAL: Customer Service Center

    EXTERNAL: End Customers and Distributors

    CHALLENGES

    The position is challenged by identifying decision-makers, trends and securing designs at the customers for product and design. Dealing with developments in reschedules, cancellation, pricing, planning, and credit issues for external and internal components.

    SPECIFIC POSITION DUTIES & COMPETENCIES
    • Responsible for sales of USER product lines at a range of accounts in a specific region
    • Responsible for distribution partners in the same region
    • Achieve budget for Revenue and Margin in the territory and outside region
    • Secure design wins to maximize revenue.
    • Leadership with distributor, ability to motivate sales and marketing team, capacity to adapt training to the surroundings in order to succeed.
    • Administer distribution program and process with dedicated distributors
    • To offer support and co-ordination with marketing and FAE resources in the region.
    • Identification of target customers and opportunities and set up and follow up of action plan.
    • A significant amount of travel to distributors or/and customers is required in this position.
